Dr. Damon and staff have shown us what excellent customer service feels like. Professional, kind, and patient with children who have hesitations or fears. I feel very comfortable entrusting Damon Orthodontics staff with the services they provide my daughter, and I would highly recommend them to other parents.

I love the friendly environment. I left this place with a smile and laughing after my first appointment. They were very awesome with my 3 year old son being with me while I got my braces applied. They really cared in making sure he had everything he needed to stay happy and content. Very awesome family focused practice.

Incredible staff!! Awesome back office staff. My first visit - consultation, I was ready. When I called to schedule, the wait time was perfect. Day of getting braces on, everyone was super helpful, friendly. I was scared I would not know how to take care of my braces, but the ladies made sure I knew exactly what to do. Because of my work schedule, I had to re schedule an appt, a week in advance, and it was quick and painless. I am extremely happy with my choice of choosing Damon Orthodontics!

My experience at Damon was great. The Damon braces worked very well, and each week I could see the difference as my teeth problems were disappearing , things happened very fast and painless.
It was quick and easy to get the braces on they are small and my mouth doesn't hurt as bad as I thought. The people there are really nice and I felt welcomed at that establishment.
I was so relieved to find Damon Orthodontics. We drove from Seattle to Spokane just to have my sons braces and treatment started. Dr. Paul Damon was prompt and professional. Not a single tear from my nine year old. We could not be happier. Instead of multiple devices being placed in my sons mouth-to correct so many issues (over bite, pushing molar back into place and expanding the roof and jaw ) all we needed was Damon braces to correct all of that!
My experience at Damon was very good. The Damon braces system worked very well, and each week I could see the difference as my front teeth gaps closed up. Things happened very fast, but I could tell Dr. Damon knew exactly what he was doing. :)
